We sell the very popular & delicious Snowy Mountains Smoked Trout & Pate, come in & try some.
Our smoked trout fillets & whole fish products are made locally in Tumut, they're cryo packed to stay fresh for up to a month. The smoked trout pâté is supplied to us from a professional chef in Canberra, made from the same fillets, it tastes delicious & makes a great addition to entertaining platters or enjoyed on it's own with crackers.
